Figma – Silent Hill 2: Red Pyramid Thing Up for Pre-Order at Amiami

The Figma Red Pyramid Thing figure is up for pre-order over on Ami Ami for 3,800 ¥ and a tentative release date of late April 2015.

Silent Hill’s executioner, finally joining the figma series!
From the highly acclaimed horror game ‘SILENT HILL 2’ comes a figma of the famous ‘Red Pyramid Thing’ also known as ‘Pyramid Head’ – easily the most popular monster in the series!

-Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
-A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
-The Pyramid Head’s symbolic ‘Great Knife’ and ‘Spear’ are both included along with a number of hand parts.
-Alternate neck parts are also included to recreate different scenes from the game.
-An articulated figma stand is included, allowing various poses to be taken.

Amiami ships worldwide and you don’t have to put any money down until the product is actually released. I pre-ordered my Gecco Robbie the Rabbit Statue from these guys a few months ago and the whole transaction went very smoothly.

RPT is looking pretty cool, I can’t wait to add him to my own collection 🙂 Anyone else planning getting this little guy?

Silent Hill 2 Bubble Head Nurse and Red Pyramid Thing Figmas are in the works! A RPT prototype and BHN drawing were shown at the Maxfactory showcase booth at Winter Wonder Festival 2014.

No release dates or prices were given (I would assume it’s sometime this year) but this new line of Silent Hill merchandise has me super excited. I hope they will continue the line and include the protagonists and other creatures from all the games. I don’t know about you guys but I realllllllllly want a Closer or a Twin Victim… it’s always RPT and BHN merchandise.

Source (Silent Hill Collectors FB Group) big thanks to Sarah Smith for sharing this info!
