Hey guys! While looking for interviews to add to the site I came across an OSV interview with Tomm Hulett from way back in June 2009. Lots of neat tidbits about the music from the game and working with Akira Yamaoka! I’ve added the full interview to the interview section:

Looks like Amazon has the Wii release for November 24, 2009 and the PSP and PS2 still for November 3, 2009. I really wish we could get a firm release date from Konami 🙁

No change on Gamestop’s December 8, 2009 but it should be noted that the official Konami page links to the Amazon pages for purchasing the games. So maybe there’s still hope for a November release for the US….who knows?

We have our first sighting of a Silent Hill: Shattered Memories ad by vanbakura from the Helldecent forums in the recent Astonishing X-men. Vanbakura doesn’t own a scanner but was able to take a cellphone picture

Makes you wonder…if the game isn’t being released this year in the US why start the ad campaign?

EDIT: I bought myself an X-men comic after work (Uncanny X-Men Vol 1 #516) and scanned in the ad 🙂

Just a small update! I received the Silent Hill: Shattered Memories postcard from the Tokyo Game Show in the mail this morning. Pretty snazzy up close. I hope to find the flyer for auction as well at some point but at least I got my hands on the give away for my collection

The only thing I’ve noticed is that all these talk about the European release…does that mean it’s still December for the US? I’ll post anything if I hear something about the US date.
