  1. Chuck says:

I really liked Downpour. I just feel like I might have liked it better if It didn’t have the Silent Hill name on it. Like if it was a new IP without the loaded expectations of a new Silent Hill game.

  2. Jesus Araiza Cruz says:

silent hill Downpour is a worthy SH entry, enjoyed it a lot, played it like 3 times in different years

  3. BeatTheGG says:

Downpour isn’t really a good Silent Hill game imo. It’s not scary, it lacks any unique imagery, the monsters are terrible, the soundtrack is unmemorable, it’s kind of ugly if I’m being honest, playing it can feel like a slog at times and it’s not approaching any new territory that the series hasn’t gone before. But what I can appreciate is the prison setting. I want more horror games to incorporate this.
