    Please leave the fanfics out of here, if I would like to see/hear those I would go to DeviantFart or put a autoplay on YT to spam me with toxic garbage YT thinks I want to watch… Keep it factual with strait to the lore and true evident information. Thank you! It’s ok to speculate long as it’s based on factual lore friendly info. Soon as something ventures off to the danger zone and irrelevant crap just please stop before you chase off people and lure in degenerets.

  4. Whitney says:

    @Trackerson Huh? I have no idea what you are talking about?

  5. Danny Don says:

    SH4 is good and the last SH game. You like it or not it’s exactly an sequel and a perfect one. Ties in on the series and does a fresh twist gameplay vise and in it’s presentation with certain things. It was just as inspirational and revolutionary opening new horror genres just as previous entries did. Sure it had some gameplay problems but overall it’s a great horror game. For the people who said it’s bad (which was next to none back then) all I said wait till you see the next games if they will be made at all then tell me if SH4 is bad because Team Silent is disbanded thanks to Konami. And sure enough I was right about it. SH5 was announced and soon canned. Then who know how many versions later we got some official release and a bunch of series of garbage spinoffs that are like a five year old heard a story of one of the SH game and decided to develop a game. Also said how they are story tie ins like the origin even tho it had zero connection to any older games. Even tho at least they strait up said how they are making a remake of SH1 which again no one asked for. We asked for a remaster. The only connection in these new games were the Silent Hill title and that is it which doesn’t make it a sequel just a stupid cashgrab made by clueless people in this case.

    And related to cashgrabs and making games without any clue.
    The guy that says how he is a RE fan and how he likes what C(r)apcom did with newer games and how the company cares for RE franchise, man what kind of drugs are you on. If the said company so much cares about RE they wouldn’t allow the movie franchise we got. They wouldn’t allow RE5,6,7, RE2Remake, RE3Remake so as bunch of other irrelevant crap to RE whatsoever which are pretty much just cashgrabs and a direct insult for the classics that actually built the damn company so as it’s original fans. They made a huge shift in mid 00s and since then I would be careful publicly speaking if I would be likeing all RE games and that I support it, because it’s just as equally an insult. If you would be an actual fan of the series you would praise the good ones which are the old ones with a exception of RE1Remake Remaster which is the only record time seller and one and only best seller RE game ever still to this day. And no I don’t care for RE5 and RE6 numbers because those games only sold in big numbers when they were ported to PC and the game codes were sold for a dollar and mainly bundled with bunch of other more interesting games. Those games were and still are desperately pushed through giveaways just so Capcom can rubb it don’t some peoples nose “hey look it sells, it’s not that bad after all…” yeah tell that to a newborn or someone who never touched a RE game before but even they will eventually learn the sad truth and turn away from supporting your toxic desperate trash.

    Damn I never thought a simple comment about RE and SH can be this long and I didn’t even touched some specific details about it…

    Phew…

    @Whitney

    I am talking about the gay fanfics and similar pretty much irrelevant topics. You named this “An in-depth discussion on Silent Hill 4: The Room”
    The next thing we know you post that fictional stuff here. On top of that some of it it’s Resident Evil for example how Chris and Wesker is dating and who knows what other crap, I didn’t really went into investigating the details but point is this isn’t the place for such things. If the posting would say a casual talk about SH4 and RE plus some fanfics I know then what to expect, like this I get a chunk of irrelevant information and with is a waste of my time.

    Do you see the difference?

  7. Whitney says:

    @Trackerson It’s a a 2 hour and 45 min podcast on Silent Hill 4 and a majority of that runtime was focused on the game…the fanfic stuff you mention occurs in the last 25 minutes or so and lasts about 5 mins in total. Like most podcasts sometimes we end up on some weird tangents but the majority of the podcast was strictly SH4. We went over the story, the development, our own memories and thoughts when first playing and replaying the game, and even some weird fan theories. We were just laughing about how bad fanfics can get and a RE one was brought up as an example because it was something recent Rourke had read during a bit on my SH2 charity stream for Rely on Horror that happened a few weeks earlier. I linked to AJ’s fanfic video here because it was specifically mentioned in passing within the podcast and I use the newspost to link to different content we mention during the podcast in case listeners are interested in checking it out for themselves. I do this for every episode.

  8. CJ Melendez says:

    @Trackerson If any mention of gayness, even in light jest for 1% of the duration of a podcast makes you upset, that’s your problem.
