Regarding Toymonkey Comic Con Orders

I got into contact with Toymunkey this afternoon and I was told that all the communication delays have been due to some major server problems over at HQ. You guys can expect replies regarding the status of your orders shortly:
“Sorry for the delay, we switched servers. Please expect replies shortly.”
Toymunkey is really sorry about this whole mess and is working out some way to make it up to all the fans who’ve been waiting on their orders.
It’s now been over a week, Toy Munkey’s facebook page is filling up with angry comments from people who just want to know where their product/money went. TM posted an update saying people should e-mail with questions, and nobody is getting a response from those either. What the heck is happening over there??
@Eshto I don’t know I’ve been assured by my friend who works there that people will get their orders and they are doing stuff behind the scenes. I know for a fact Toymunkey isn’t a scam, my guess it they were overwhelmed with the orders they got. I just wish they would POST that they are doing things and not leave people in the dark 🙁 So many people have already filed Paypal claims.
