Tom Waltz sent me a signed copy of Past Life #4 after he read a theory I posted on SH heaven. It’s got different cover art and is mint condition.
I need something that will record my thoughts as I listen to podcasts so that the thoughts are posted here and I don’t have to stop sewing/driving to write them down.

Really interesting points made in another terrific podcast, Whitney. Your dedication, and the time and effort you and the other guests on your podcasts give to this game series and its fans just blows me away. Thank you so much.
There are a lot of fickle fans and immature types out there posting on the internet, sure, but I certainly don’t think the types that are raging against Konami or the new developers accurately speak for me, or the majority of SH fandom. Perhaps a lot of them have not suffered the heartbreak of remembering, or trying desperately to keep alive the memory, of a truly great and now-long-gone-with-no-hope-of-resurrection game/film/movie/book series.
We are SO fortunate that this series is alive in any form. I personally love what is being done with the franchise, now, — (I’d posit that Shattered Memories speaks just as profoundly about grief and what it can do to a person as Silent Hill 2 did, in a very different, but equally engaging way) — but thanks to stuff like the HD collection, I can also get the chance to appreciate the originals.
Hope to hear lots more from VoidBurger and Bob — thanks for introducing us to their LPs — and C.J. always brings something interesting to the discussion.
