Silent Hill Revelation Lakeside/Woodbine Set Roundup!
Posted By: Whitney April 21st, 2011 | 12:39 pmThere was a whole bunch of set photos and videos taken by fans of Silent Hill:Revelation the past two weeks of the Lakeside Amusement Park and of the Woodbine Centre Mall location where the crew has just wrapped up filming. Continue reading to see all the pictures and videos but fair warning, there are potential movie spoilers ahead either though nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet!
Lakeside Amusement Park Set
There were a ton of Lakeside Amusement Park Set pics due to not only being outdoors but also because there was a public bike path that cut through the entire set. Some highlights include the plethora of Robbie plushies and a large carousel in the middle of the set.

Woodbine Centre Mall
Fans were very excited to learn that the Silent Hill: Revelation filmed at Woodbine Centre Mall. Unlike the Lakeside set this are wasn’t really open to the public during filming but were were able to see what the place looked like thanks to emaninTdot’s photos and video of their visit to the mall. According to jdnation over on the Silent Hill Heave Forums it looks like some sort of flashback scene was being filmed in the Fantasy Fair area:
When I got there the Fair looked pretty much the same. There were extras all over, children and women walking up and down riding the Merry Go Round etc.
What they were filming was a birthday party scene with children, probably a flashback of some sort. So nothing crazy…
But that’s not to say there won’t be any otherworld mall scenes, there could have been filming going on after the mall closed!
So overall there was a plethora of neat stuff for us Silent Hill fans to peruse over these last two weeks, probably much to the frustration of the Revelation crew. However the film’s director, Michael J. Bassett, doesn’t seem too worried and had this to say on the subject on his blog:
So we aren’t getting any confirmations on that front but it’s nice to know that he thinks the photos we’ve seen so far makes the movie production look good. We’ll keep you posted on any further shooting updates!
