So apparently the Downpour Patch for Xbox 360 is out! Rourke from Rely on Horror stumbled upon it this morning when loading a saved game. I don’t have a press release at this time so I don’t know exactly what the patch fixes. What I do know is that it’s supposed to fix the game’s stuttering, saving, and other side quest glitches. Once I have more information I will update this post
This doesn’t sound good, is anyone else have these sorts of problems after downloading the patch?
The Xbox update is also available in Europe.

It’s looking like Rourke is the only one having these issues which may be due to his Xbox dying…
Got the press release today (10/25/12)
