Silent Hill: Downpour on the PC? It’s up to Konami…

Brian Goman, Design Director of Silent Hill: Downpour explained to a fan that a PC port of the game is up to Konami.
Re: #SilentHill for PC – We develop on PC for Unreal SDK, so a PC version is relatively easy. But it’s not up to the developer.
RE: #SilentHill PC – It’s about the cost of testing for the multitude of PC configs, and distribution of a PC box retail version.
PC #SilentHill – So basically, it’s a cost benefit decision that comes down to the publisher. PC Silent Hill is Konami’s call.
So PC users be sure to let Konami know that you are eager for a PC port of the game!

Konami stated like 3 months ago that SH downpour would launch on ps3, 360 and pc. so y am I not finding the pc version?
this is y I don’t buy my games new anymore.
I don’t feel that I should support a bunch of lair’s.
@Silent Hill Player…they never said it would launch for PC. It was a rumor. Konami only officially said it would be for Xbox 360 and PS3

There are many fans who played all the past releases in the series just like me, and we are waiting for this one to be released for PC for sure. don’t disappoint us …
I think they expect to sell as many copies for XBOX360, and when they have already sold enough they will port the game for PC. In my opinion XBOX360 is for kids and real fans of Silent Hill are now adults 😀 for what reason to buy an XBOX360, come on, just to play 2 or 3 games per year!?
