Below you will find all the in game phone numbers Harry can dial along with a screen shot of where it appears in game and the various messages/conversations you can hear.

All the numbers are listed in alphabetical order.

Where: When you turn on the radio in the child’s hospital room in the hospital nightmare this number is recited. The last number is your requested song choice (1-9). To open the ice covered exit you must dial 555-8814.

Where: Inside Pumping Station SC-34A in the woods on a poster hanging on the notice board near the exit ladder. Also seen outside on the pump station beneath the “State Water & Sewer Authority” sign by the ladder.

Cybil: 555-2925

Where: Automatically added to Harry’s contact list if he answers her call traveling towards the bloody cabin behind Orion Hunting Lodge in the woods. If he doesn’t pick up it’s added on the Midwich football field.

Dahlia: 555-7399

Where: Automatically added to Harry’s contact list when she sends him a picture message in the locked gym door hall in Midwich Highschool

Where: Harry sees this number on Cheryl’s school records. It’s added automatically after he attempts to call it.

Where: Written on a post-it on the secretary’s (Mrs. Allbright’s) monitor in the principle’s office.

Information: 411

Where: I haven’t found this in the game, I assume since it’s a well known information number in the US Climax figured it would be a number players would try.

“Join Tookie”: 555-8665

Where: On the wall in Toluca Mall across from Cinereal

Konami’s Customer Support Line: 220-8330 or 573

Where: The full number can be found in the game instruction manual and in the game in the phone screen shot in the hints menu. The “573” isn’t in the game as far as I can tell but the three digit number is widely recognized to be associated with Konami. Apparently Konami is represented by the goroawase number “573”. “Five” in Japanese is go, changed to the voiceless form ko; “7” in Japanese is nana shortened to na; “3” in Japanese is mittsu, shortened to mi; “573” = ko-na-mi.

Lakeside Amusement Park: 555-3253

Where: Lakeside Amusement Park Entrance sign.

Lakeview Hotel: 555-2502

Where: On the Silent Hill 911 poster by the broken phone in the Deisaco Fir Tree Filling Station.

Lisa: 555-3323

Where: Her number is automatically added to Harry’s contact list when she calls asking for his return.

Lost Children: 555-5678

Where: Right outside the security door in Lakeside Amusement Park on the other side of the ticket entrance.

Michelle: 555-3587

Where: Number added automatically to Harry’s contact list after Michelle sends him a text shortly after he leaves Lisa.

Midwich High: 555-5122

Where: On the sign in the Midwich Building B parking lot.

Where: Written on the wall in the hallway outside the janitor supply room in Midwich High.

Time: 555-1212

Where: I haven’t been able to locate this in-game. I’m guessing Konami figured people would just try it since it’s a common ending number for finding the time? In CA I knew it as POPCORN (767-2676), I never knew of the ‘1212’ ending until finding this wiki article:
