A Japanese poster that was made to initially advertise the game but it was deemed too offensive so they were included it as a bonus for pre-ordering Silent Hill 2 through Konami Style Japan instead. It features Red Pyramid Thing looming over a slumped over nurse with silver foil for the Silent Hill 2 logo, “The Master of Horror Adventure” tagline, and copyright information.

It is a holy grail among collectors given its limited release and controversial background. Every few years one will appear in an online auction and easily goes for $1k+ every time.

My poster is heavily  damaged with folds, pinholes, and a large tear fixed with tape so I was able to get it for pretty cheap but I dream that someday I would be able to win an undamaged one for my collection. Despite the heavy damage it’s still nice to own this rare poster in some form.
