This model kit is a limited edition Treasure Festa 2009 Winter exclusive held on February 22, 2009. Only 10 of these kits were ever produced and they were also officially approved by Konami! I was lucky enough to find this kit for sale on ebay shortly after the Treasure Festa 2009 convention along with Pyramid Head! I’m inexperienced at making models myself so I commissioned Peter from resincreations.com to put together and paint the nurse for me! Peter was also kind enough to make the tile based for me since the nurse did not come with one of her own. He did a fantastic job!
