A White Hunter + Angel statue sculpted by Mikiya Takahashi and assembled and painted by Votorakichi Sushinekodou. It was originally sold as a kit at Wonder Festival 2018- Summer and I bought it completed on Yahoo Japan Auctions. i\It was a lot larger than I expected at 16-inches tall!.
If you are unfamiliar with the White Hunter and Angel they debuted in a 6-page comic written and illustrated by Masahiro Ito that was included in the Silent Hill: Zero Original Soundtracks.
