A sealed retail edition of the Silent Hill 4: The Room soundtrack. The soundtrack contains two discs, the first disc is the soundtrack from the game and the second is an audio drama written by Akira Yamaoka called Inescapable Rain in Yoshiwara. A preview of this drama was included on the mini-cd that came in first editions of the Japanese game.
