A shoulder bag featuring the logo for Silent Hill 3 given to the press during a special preview event (I think). I only purchased the bag by itself but it the person I purchased it from said provided pictures of what it originally contained: an event t-shirt, a Konami Style Silent Hill 3 flashlight, the Silent Hill 3 press kit CD-ROM, and stickers.
