Unlike the other Silent Hill guides this guide is considered to be not only incomplete but it also contains incorrect game information:

• Incorrect solutions to puzzles like the infamous piano puzzle at the Alternate School
• Missing full item & weapon lists
• Items missing or mislabeled on the area maps
• Contains no info on how to get the UFO ending and only shows 2 locations for the channeling stone.
