4″ wooden laser cut 1/4″ thick plates based on the placards in the Silent Hill 4: The Room needed to open the laundry room portal. All were made by Amy Balot and includes the Temptation Placard, Source Placard, Watchfulness Placard, and Chaos Placard. Slightly raised designs. Each individually hand painted and then finished with a clear coat.
