So, I'm doing a Deadly Premonition challenge. One named The Hobo Challenge, which I created together with Klomonx. The rules are rather simple:

1. York cannot use any other weapons other than the disposable melee ones and the default gun.

2. York cannot visit the gas station or get his car washed. If he runs out of fuel etc., he must continue on foot. He may not use flares, but may get in another car if he finds one.

3. York cannot do any side quests, with the exception of the ones that the game sort of forces you to do. (Like the squirrel keys, and the A&G Diner Sidequest)

4. York is not allowed to use Thomas as a source of food. He must either find or buy all of his food.

5. York cannot use the hotel as a source of sleep recovery, with the exception of the plot advancement times. (I dunno about this one, if it will affect anything as we cant do side quests).

6. York cannot shave or change his suit.

I'm not sure how much of a "challenge" this will be yet, but it will probably be fun regardless. Also, this is the first time I do any kind of "Let's play", and be aware that I'm not used to speaking English, so I'll probably mess up a lot.

I hope this challenge gains some popularity, I for one think it will be quite fun, especially when it comes to food and melee weapons when you have to fight the creeping shadows.
Your first part was brilliant <3 you've had a lot of practice and you can only improve.

I still need to beat this game on easy and medium...I will have to try this! I'm going to share this on my Tumblr and the FB page

I think when I beat it on medium I also got the achievement for easy, but I'm not sure. You really should try it out, I'd be happy to watch! :3 I'm probably going to end up using the disposable melee weapons, and only use the default gun when I have no other options left, to give myself an extra challenge (and hopefully make the videos a bit more entertaining).
